이 약관은 주식회사 기세등등(이하 “회사”)이 운영하는 웹사이트 kiserama.com(이하 “사이트”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
사이트는 회사와 회사가 제작한 영상 콘텐츠를 소개하는 정보 제공용 웹사이트입니다. 회원가입·로그인·결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 별도의 회원 제도를 두지 않습니다.
이 약관은 사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우에는 30일 전에 공지합니다.
사이트에 게시된 영상·이미지·문구·디자인·로고 등 모든 저작물의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·전송·전시·2차적 저작물 작성 등에 이용할 수 없습니다.
이용자는 사이트를 이용하면서 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 설비 점검·교체, 통신 장애, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 사이트 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 가능한 범위에서 사전에 공지합니다.

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 회사와 이용자 사이에 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법이 정하는 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms govern your use of kiserama.com (“the Site”), operated by KISERAMA Inc. (“the Company”), and set out the rights and obligations of both parties.
The Site is an informational website presenting the Company and the video content it produces. It offers no sign-up, login or payment, and operates no membership scheme.
These Terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, giving notice on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect, or 30 days before if the change is unfavourable to users.
All videos, images, text, design and logos on the Site belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from them without the Company’s prior written consent.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance, equipment replacement, network failure or force majeure, giving advance notice where practicable.
The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or by the user’s own fault. Information on the Site is provided for reference; the Company does not warrant its accuracy or completeness, and is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from it (YouTube, Instagram and similar).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
