주식회사 기세등등(이하 “회사”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 운영하는 웹사이트 kiserama.com(이하 “사이트”)에 적용됩니다.

이 사이트는 소개용 웹사이트입니다. 회원가입·로그인·결제 기능이 없고, 문의 양식(폼)도 두지 않습니다. 따라서 회사가 사이트를 통해 직접 수집하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 아래 내용은 이용자가 이메일로 문의한 경우와, 웹사이트 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·기록되는 정보에 대한 것입니다.

이메일 문의 — 문의 처리 완료 후 1년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
접속 기록 — 호스팅 제공자(GitHub, Inc.)의 기본 정책에 따라 생성·보관되며, 회사는 이를 별도로 내려받아 보관하지 않습니다.
파기 방법 — 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다. 출력물이 있는 경우 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

3. 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거하여 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

5. 자동 수집 장치(쿠키 등)와 거부 방법

회사는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자의 편의를 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 언어 설정 값 1개(kiserama-lang = ko 또는 en)를 저장합니다. 이 값은 개인을 식별하지 않으며 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되고 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 삭제하면 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 이메일을 보내시면 지체 없이(접수 후 10일 이내) 조치하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 자를 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다.

10. 방침의 변경

이 방침의 내용을 추가·삭제·수정할 때에는 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 다만 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경이 있는 경우에는 30일 전에 알립니다.

KISERAMA Inc. (“the Company”) respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy applies to kiserama.com (“the Site”).

The Site is an informational website. It has no sign-up, login, payment or contact form. The Company therefore collects no personal information directly through the Site. The sections below cover information you send us by email and information that is generated automatically when you visit.

2. Retention and deletion

Email enquiries — kept for 1 year after the enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
Access logs — created and retained by our host (GitHub, Inc.) under its own policy; the Company does not download or store them separately.
Method — electronic files are permanently deleted so they cannot be recovered; printed material is shredded or incinerated.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where lawfully required by an investigative authority following due process.

Transfers occur over the network at the moment you load the Site. Retention follows each provider’s policy. You may refuse these transfers by not using the Site.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use no cookies. For your convenience the Site stores one language preference (kiserama-lang = ko or en) in your browser’s local storage. It does not identify you, stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Email us at the address below and we will act without delay (within 10 days of receipt) and inform you of the outcome.
